Agreeing to these terms

By signing up for or using Vyavahr you agree to these terms. If you use it for a shop or company, you agree on its behalf.

Your free trial

Every new shop gets 14 days free with every Business feature. No card or payment is needed to start. When the trial ends, you cannot make new bills until you buy a plan, but all your data stays and you can still see it, collect payments and download it.

Plans and payment

• Plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page. We are not yet registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
• There is no online checkout. When you tap Buy now, our team calls you and takes the payment by UPI or bank transfer. Your plan starts once the payment is received.
• Yearly plans run for 12 months and monthly plans for one month from the start date.
• If a plan is not renewed, it ends at the end of its period and the shop moves to the "trial ended" state described above.

Your data

Your shop's data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Vyavahr for you, as described in our Privacy policy. You can download it at any time.

Using Vyavahr properly

You agree not to: break the law with it; enter data you have no right to use; try to reach another shop's data or break the app's security; resell the service without our written agreement; or overload the service on purpose.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the bills you make and the taxes you file. Vyavahr calculates GST from the rates and codes you enter, and makes e-way bill and e-invoice files from your bills, but please check them with your accountant. Keep your password safe and remove staff logins when people leave.

Service availability

We work to keep Vyavahr running all day, every day, and back up your data every night. Bills made without internet are saved on the device and upload when the network returns. We may sometimes need short breaks for maintenance.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Vyavahr at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Please talk to us first; we will try to solve any problem on a call.
